Mentoring a learner plumber is the process of guiding, training, and supporting an apprentice as they develop practical skills, technical knowledge, and professional work habits. It involves teaching correct plumbing methods, ensuring safety and compliance, and helping the learner grow in confidence and competence on the job.

Target Audience:
Plumbers.

The learner plumber will need to be employed by you or the company you are employed by as a Licensed plumber with an apprenticeship agreement between you and the learner stating that he/she is under your supervision.

Upon completion of work, a daily log book must be completed and the day's work and submit five days worth of a logbook.

Activity Timeline:
This CPD activity can be completed at the trainee's own pace and time.
