OHSS- Legal Liability
Description
Candidates will be taken through an online course module for an explanation of their
legal liabilities in terms of the OHS Act, from employers to employees as well as how to
manage contractors. There will be a video explaining the legal requirements and all
applicable guidelines. Candidates will then need to complete a series of questions
based on the video watched
Target Audience:
Plumbers.
Certification must be provided.
Activity Timeline:
This CPD activity can be completed at the plumber’s own pace and time.
