We’ll soon begin phasing out our paper Certificates of Compliance (COCs) and moving fully to the digital COC format. The digital COC has been available and in use for some time — and in the near future, it will become the only format available. It is important to note that the transition will be a gradual process. During this transition, PIRB will communicate regularly with all registered plumbers to keep you updated and informed every step of the way. We understand that not everyone is fully comfortable with digital systems yet.
