A core element of the Master Plumber Designation is that they are respected and are seen as people of influence or rather leaders in the industry. As such, they need to be able to lead across a variety of situations. This module is all about providing proof of your leadership as a Master Plumber. In this module, the Applicant needs to demonstrate that he/she has successfully mastered the concepts associated with Leadership and Ethics. 

These concepts are as follows:

• Self-Leadership
• People Leadership
• Systems Leadership
• Business Ethics
• Negotiation & Conflict Resolution

Applicants must have hands-on experience with these different concepts and must apply these concepts within their own businesses or workplace. The intention is to prove that the applicant is not only an effective manager of the business but rather an effective leader of people.
