Working with an apprentice or learner who has not yet acquired their trade qualification refers to the process where an experienced worker or mentor guides someone who is still in the early stages of learning in the plumbing profession. This individual, often called an apprentice, is undergoing formal or informal training but has not yet completed the requirements for their trade qualification.
