As 2025 draws to an end, we’d like to thank you for your continued support throughout the year. As we wish you and your family a very blessed festive season, we also need to bring the following important issues under your attention:
PIRB DECEMBER BREAK 2025
PIRB will take a short break during December month. Please take careful note of the following:
- Offices Closed Between These Dates
- 16 December: Office closed
- 22–24 December: Skeleton staff on duty
- 24 December: Office closes at 11:00am; we will reopen on 6 January 2026
- During this period, we will have staff on standby to ensure the Audit-It system runs smoothly.
- Electronic COCs can still be purchased via Audit-It using PayFast.
- Registration/Renewals can also be processed electronically through Audit-It using PayFast.
- 7–9 January 2026: Skeleton staff on duty
- 12 January 2026: Office open as normal
- For emergencies during times we are closed, please send a Whatsapp message to: 079 833 6930 (Only Whatsapp messages can be accommodated)
- Buying PIRB Paper COCs
Please ensure that you have sufficient stock of PAPER COCs.
The last date in 2025 on which you can buy PAPER COCs, is on 12 December 2025.
The first date in 2026 on which you can buy PAPER COCs, is on 07 January 2026.
If there is a PIRB Reseller in your vicinity, you can also purchase PAPER COCs from the reseller, if they have stock.
- Buying Electronic (Digital) COC
Electronic (digital) COCs can be bought right through the festive season.
However, Electronic COCs must be purchased on PIRB’s Audit-IT system and must be paid for via the Payfast System. Only then will they be processed.
